Zutaten:
3 Eiweiß
150 g Zucker
1 TL Zitronensaft
Schokotropfen oder Kuvertüre für Augen
Zubereitung:
Eiweiß mit Zitronensaft steif schlagen, Zucker nach und nach einrieseln lassen.
Masse in einen Spritzbeutel füllen und kleine „Gespensterhaufen“ auf ein Backblech spritzen.
Bei 100 °C Umluft ca. 90 Minuten trocknen lassen.
Nach dem Abkühlen mit Schokolade Augen auftupfen.
