Zutaten (ca. 40 Stück):
250 g Mehl
100 g Zucker
100 g Honig
125 g Butter
1 TL Zimt
1 TL gemahlene Nelken
1 TL Kardamom
1 TL Backpulver
Zubereitung:
Butter, Honig und Zucker schmelzen, leicht abkühlen lassen.
Mehl, Gewürze und Backpulver mischen, Honigmischung einrühren.
Teig über Nacht kühl stellen.
Ausrollen, Figuren ausstechen oder in Spekulatiusformen drücken.
Bei 180 °C ca. 10–12 Minuten backen.
👉 Tipp: In Dosen aufbewahren – nach 3 Tagen sind sie schön mürbe!
