Apfel-Raffaello-Tiramisu (ohne Backen)

Zutaten (für ca. 6 Portionen):
4 Äpfel (säuerlich, z. B. Boskop oder Elstar)
2 EL Zucker
1 TL Zimt
200 ml Apfelsaft
250 g Mascarpone
250 g Quark (20 % Fett)
200 ml Schlagsahne
12 Raffaello
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
1 Packung Löffelbiskuits
Zubereitung:
Äpfel schälen, klein würfeln und mit Zucker, Zimt und Apfelsaft ca. 5 Minuten weich köcheln. Abkühlen lassen.
Mascarpone, Quark, Vanillezucker und grob zerdrückte Raffaello cremig rühren. Sahne steif schlagen und unterheben.
Eine Form mit Löffelbiskuits auslegen, mit etwas Apfelsaft beträufeln.
Darauf die Hälfte der Apfelmischung, dann eine Schicht Creme. Wiederholen.
Mit Creme abschließen und nach Belieben mit Raffaello und Apfelscheiben garnieren. Mindestens 3 Stunden kühlen.
