Zutaten:
3 Eier
100 g Zucker
200 g Lebkuchen (ohne Oblaten)
400 ml Sahne
Zubereitung:
Eier und Zucker über heißem Wasserbad cremig schlagen.
Abkühlen lassen, zerbröselte Lebkuchen unterheben.
Sahne schlagen und unterheben.
In eine Form füllen, über Nacht einfrieren.
