4 Äpfel (z. B. Boskoop)
100 g Marzipanrohmasse
50 g gehackte Mandeln oder Walnüsse
2 EL Rosinen
2 EL Honig
Zimt
Zubereitung:
Äpfel aushöhlen.
Marzipan mit Nüssen, Rosinen, Honig und Zimt verkneten.
Masse in die Äpfel füllen, bei 180 °C ca. 20–25 Min. backen.
Mit Vanillesoße servieren.
