Zutaten:
200 g Spekulatius oder Butterkekse
50 g geschmolzene Butter
250 g Frischkäse
150 g Kürbispüree (Hokkaido, gekocht & püriert)
100 g Zucker
1 TL Zimt
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Schlagsahne als Topping
Zubereitung:
Kekse zerbröseln, mit Butter mischen und als Boden in Gläser drücken.
Frischkäse mit Kürbispüree, Zucker, Zimt und Vanille cremig rühren.
Creme auf den Keksboden geben.
Mit Sahne und evtl. Schokospänen oder Mini-Kürbis-Deko garnieren.
