Zutaten (4 Gläser):
200 g Quark
150 g Naturjoghurt
150 g Schlagsahne
6 Raffaellos
2 EL Kokosraspeln
2 EL Honig
Optional: Himbeeren oder Erdbeeren
Zubereitung:
Sahne steif schlagen. Quark, Joghurt und Honig cremig rühren.
Sahne unterheben.
Raffaellos grob hacken und in die Creme mischen.
In Gläser füllen, mit Kokosraspeln und Früchten garnieren.
