Zutaten (für 6 Kugeln):
200 g Kürbispüree
200 ml Schlagsahne
150 g gezuckerte Kondensmilch
1 TL Zimt
½ TL Ingwer, gemahlen
½ TL Vanilleextrakt
Zubereitung:
Sahne steif schlagen.
Kondensmilch, Kürbispüree und Gewürze verrühren.
Sahne unterheben, in eine Gefrierbox füllen.
Mindestens 6 Std. gefrieren lassen (zwischendurch 2–3x umrühren, damit es cremiger wird).
Nährwerte pro Kugel:≈ 150 kcal | 2 g Eiweiß | 8 g Fett | 16 g Kohlenhydrate
