Zutaten (für 6 Portionen):
250 g Mascarpone
200 g Kürbispüree
150 g Löffelbiskuits
200 ml starker Kaffee oder Espresso
50 g Zucker
1 TL Zimt
2 EL Kakaopulver
Zubereitung:
Mascarpone mit Kürbis, Zucker und Zimt cremig rühren.
Löffelbiskuits kurz in Kaffee tauchen, eine Schicht in eine Form legen.
Kürbiscreme darauf verteilen, dann wieder Biskuits, dann Creme.
Mit Kakaopulver bestäuben, mind. 3 Std. kaltstellen.
