Zutaten (für 12 Stück):
250 g Mehl
200 g Kürbispüree
120 g Zucker
100 ml Pflanzenöl
2 Eier
1 TL Backpulver
1 TL Zimt
50 g gehackte Walnüsse
Zubereitung:
Mehl, Backpulver und Zimt mischen.
Zucker, Öl, Eier und Kürbispüree verrühren.
Alles zusammengeben, Nüsse unterheben.
In Muffinformen füllen und bei 180 °C ca. 25 Min. backen.
Nährwerte pro Muffin:≈ 210 kcal | 4 g Eiweiß | 10 g Fett | 26 g Kohlenhydrate
