Zutaten (für 8 Stücke):
400 g Kürbispüree (z. B. Hokkaido, vorgegart und püriert)
400 g Frischkäse (Doppelrahm)
120 g Zucker
3 Eier
1 TL Zimt
½ TL Muskat
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Zubereitung:
Backofen auf 160 °C vorheizen.
Frischkäse mit Zucker cremig rühren, Eier einzeln unterrühren.
Kürbispüree, Vanille und Gewürze zugeben, gut vermischen.
In eine gefettete Springform (24 cm) geben, ca. 50 Min. backen.
Abkühlen lassen und 4 Std. kaltstellen.
Nährwerte pro Stück:≈ 280 kcal | 7 g Eiweiß | 18 g Fett | 22 g Kohlenhydrate
