Zutaten (für 4 Portionen):
300 g Kürbispüree
400 ml Kokosmilch
40 g Speisestärke
50 g Zucker
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
2 EL Kokosraspel (geröstet)
Zubereitung:
Stärke mit etwas Kokosmilch glatt rühren.
Restliche Kokosmilch mit Zucker aufkochen.
Kürbispüree und Stärke einrühren, kurz aufkochen, bis die Masse eindickt.
In Gläser füllen, abkühlen lassen. Mit Kokosraspeln bestreuen.
