Zutaten (für 2 Burger):
2 Brötchen
1 reife Avocado
2 Rinder-Patties oder vegane Patties
2 Scheiben Käse
1 Tomate
1 kleine rote Zwiebel
1 EL Mayo oder Joghurt
Salz, Pfeffer, Limettensaft
Zubereitung:
Avocado zerdrücken, mit Limettensaft, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
Patties braten, Käse darauf schmelzen lassen.
Brötchen toasten, mit Avocadocreme bestreichen.
Burger schichten: Brötchen – Patty – Tomate – Zwiebel – obere Hälfte.
👉 Tipp: Mit gegrilltem Bacon oder Jalapeños verfeinern.
