Avocado-Pasta mit Knoblauch und Zitrone

Avocado-Pasta

Zutaten (für 2 Portionen):

  • 200 g Spaghetti

  • 1 reife Avocado

  • 1 Knoblauchzehe

  • ½ Zitrone (Saft und Abrieb)

  • 2 EL Olivenöl

  • Salz, Pfeffer, frischer Basilikum

Zubereitung:

  1. Nudeln in Salzwasser al dente kochen.

  2. Avocado, Knoblauch, Zitronensaft, Zitronenabrieb, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer pürieren.

  3. Nudeln abgießen, 1–2 EL Kochwasser aufbewahren.

  4. Avocadosauce unterheben, ggf. mit Kochwasser cremiger machen.

  5. Mit Basilikum und etwas Zitronenabrieb servieren.
