Guacamole – der mexikanische Klassiker

Guacamole

Zutaten (für 4 Portionen):

  • 2 reife Avocados

  • 1 kleine Tomate

  • ½ Zwiebel

  • 1 Knoblauchzehe

  • 1 Limette

  • Salz, Pfeffer, Koriander (optional)


Zubereitung:

  1. Avocados halbieren, entkernen und das Fruchtfleisch herauslöffeln.

  2. Mit einer Gabel zerdrücken.

  3. Tomate entkernen, fein würfeln. Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein hacken.

  4. Alles miteinander verrühren, mit Limettensaft, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.

  5. Nach Wunsch frischen Koriander zugeben.
