Overnight Oats mit Apfel & Zimt
Zutaten (für 1 Portion)
50 g zarte Haferflocken
150 ml Milch oder pflanzliche Milch (z. B. Hafer- oder Mandelmilch)
100 g Joghurt (natur oder ungesüßt, optional auch pflanzlich)
1 kleiner Apfel (z. B. süß-säuerlich, wie Elstar oder Braeburn)
1 TL Zimt
1 TL Honig, Ahornsirup oder Agavendicksaft (optional, je nach Süße des Apfels)
1 EL gemahlene Leinsamen oder Chiasamen (für mehr Ballaststoffe & gesunde Fette)
1 EL gehackte Nüsse oder Mandeln (für Crunch)
Zubereitung
Overnight Oats mit Apfel & Zimt
Basis mischen
Haferflocken, Milch, Joghurt, Leinsamen/Chiasamen und Zimt in ein Schraubglas oder eine kleine Schüssel geben.
Alles gut verrühren.
Apfel vorbereiten
Apfel waschen, entkernen und in kleine Würfel schneiden oder grob raspeln.
Unter die Haferflocken-Mischung heben.
Süßen & verfeinern
Nach Geschmack etwas Honig oder Ahornsirup dazugeben.
Wer es kräftiger mag, kann noch eine Prise Vanille hinzufügen.
Kühlen lassen
Glas oder Schüssel verschließen und über Nacht (mind. 4 Stunden) im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen.
Am nächsten Morgen
Gut umrühren, bei Bedarf etwas Milch dazugeben (falls es zu fest geworden ist).
Mit gehackten Nüssen oder Mandeln bestreuen.
Optional noch ein paar frische Apfelscheiben oder etwas Joghurt obendrauf geben.

Tipps 💡
Für extra Cremigkeit: Die Hälfte des Apfels mit etwas Milch pürieren und unterrühren.
Für eine wärmende Variante im Herbst/Winter kannst du die Apfelwürfel kurz in einer Pfanne mit Zimt und etwas Wasser oder Honig dünsten, bevor du sie zu den Oats gibst.
Meal-Prep geeignet: Hält sich 2–3 Tage im Kühlschrank, also gleich mehrere Portionen vorbereiten.
