Zutaten (für ca. 20 Stück):
200 g Kokosraspel
150 g gezuckerte Kondensmilch
200 g Zartbitterschokolade
1 EL Kokosöl
Zubereitung:
Kokosraspel mit der Kondensmilch verrühren, bis eine feste Masse entsteht.
Kleine Kugeln formen und für 30 Minuten ins Gefrierfach legen.
Schokolade mit Kokosöl im Wasserbad schmelzen.
Kugeln in die Schokolade tauchen und auf Backpapier trocknen lassen.
Im Kühlschrank aufbewahren.
