Zutaten (für 4 Portionen):
200 g Zartbitterschokolade
400 ml Kokosmilch (gekühlt)
2 EL Puderzucker
1 TL Vanilleextrakt
Zubereitung:
Feste Kokoscreme aus der gekühlten Kokosmilch abschöpfen.
Schokolade schmelzen.
Kokoscreme mit Puderzucker und Vanille cremig schlagen.
Schokolade unterheben, leicht abkühlen lassen.
In Gläser füllen, 2 Stunden kühlen.
