Zutaten (für 4 Förmchen):
150 g Zartbitterschokolade
100 g Butter
80 g Zucker
3 Eier
40 g Mehl
40 g Kokosraspel
Zubereitung:
Förmchen ausfetten und mit Kokosraspeln ausstreuen.
Schokolade mit Butter schmelzen.
Eier und Zucker cremig schlagen.
Schoko-Butter-Mischung und Mehl unterrühren.
In Förmchen füllen, 1 TL Kokosraspeln in die Mitte geben.
Bei 200 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 10–12 Minuten backen.
Sofort servieren, innen flüssig.
