Schokoladenfondant
Schokoladenfondant (Lava Cake)
Zutaten (für 4 Personen):
- 200 g Zartbitterschokolade
- 150 g Butter
- 150 g Zucker
- 3 Eier
- 2 Eigelb
- 60 g Mehl
- Prise Salz
- Puderzucker zum Bestäuben
- Vanilleeis oder frische Beeren zum Servieren
Zubereitung:
1. Ofen auf 200°C (Ober-/Unterhitze) vorheizen.
2. Schokolade und Butter in einer hitzebeständigen Schüssel über einem Wasserbad schmelzen, anschließend leicht abkühlen lassen.
3. Eier, Eigelb und Zucker in einer Schüssel schaumig schlagen.
4. Die geschmolzene Schokolade unter die Eiermischung heben.
5. Mehl und Salz vorsichtig unterheben, bis ein glatter Teig entsteht.
6. Den Teig in gefettete und gemehlte Förmchen (etwa 200 ml Fassungsvermögen) füllen.
7. Ca. 10-12 Minuten backen, bis die Ränder fest, die Mitte aber noch schön flüssig ist.
8. Vorsichtig aus den Förmchen stürzen, mit Puderzucker bestäuben und mit Eis oder Beeren servieren.
