Zutaten:
150 g Reisnudeln
250 g Tofu
2 Eier (optional, für vegane Variante weglassen)
1 Möhre
1 Frühlingszwiebel
100 g Sojasprossen
3 EL Sojasauce
1 EL Tamarindenpaste
1 EL Limettensaft
1 TL Zucker
Erdnüsse, Koriander, Limette zum Servieren
Zubereitung:
Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung kochen.
Tofu würfeln, knusprig braten.
Möhre in Streifen schneiden, mit Sprossen kurz mitbraten.
Sauce aus Sojasauce, Tamarinde, Limette und Zucker herstellen.
Nudeln und Sauce in die Pfanne geben, alles vermengen.
Mit Erdnüssen und Koriander bestreuen.
