Zutaten:
200 g Spekulatius
80 g Butter
500 g Frischkäse
200 g Quark
150 g Zucker
3 Eier
1 TL Zimt
Zubereitung:
Spekulatius zerbröseln, mit Butter mischen, in eine Form drücken.
Frischkäse, Quark, Zucker, Eier, Zimt verrühren.
Auf den Boden gießen, bei 160 °C ca. 50 Min. backen.
Abkühlen lassen, evtl. mit Karamellsauce verzieren.
