Zutaten (für 20 cm Form):Boden:
150 g Butterkekse
80 g Butter
Füllung:
2 reife Avocados
200 g Frischkäse
200 g Joghurt
80 g Zucker
Saft von 2 Limetten
1 Päckchen Gelatinefix oder 6 Blatt Gelatine
Zubereitung:
Kekse zerbröseln, mit geschmolzener Butter mischen und in die Form drücken.
Avocados mit Frischkäse, Joghurt, Zucker und Limettensaft pürieren.
Gelatine nach Packung anrühren, unterrühren.
Creme auf den Boden geben und 4 Stunden kühlen.
Mit Limettenschale und Minze garnieren.
