Zutaten: Für den Hefeteig:
250 g Mehl
100 ml Milch
40 g Zucker
20 g Hefe
40 g Butter
1 Ei
Für den Belag:
100 g Butter
80 g Zucker
2 EL Honig
100 g Mandelblättchen
Für die Creme:
500 ml Milch
1 Päckchen Vanillepuddingpulver
250 ml Sahne
Zubereitung:
Hefeteig zubereiten, 1 Stunde gehen lassen.
Ausrollen, in Springform legen.
Belag: Butter, Zucker, Honig erhitzen, Mandeln zugeben. Auf den Teig streichen.
Bei 180°C ca. 30 Min. backen.
Abkühlen, durchschneiden. Mit Vanillepudding-Sahne-Creme füllen.
