Zutaten:
200 g Löffelbiskuits
100 g gemahlene Mandeln
100 g Zucker
200 g Butter
500 ml Sahne
3 EL Rum
1 EL Kaffeelikör (optional)
Zubereitung:
Löffelbiskuits in Rum/Kaffee tränken, Boden auslegen.
Butter + Zucker cremig rühren, Mandeln einrühren.
Sahne schlagen, unterheben.
Creme schichtweise mit Biskuits in eine Springform füllen.
Mit Sahne und Mandelsplittern verzieren.
