Zutaten:
150 g Zartbitterschokolade
150 g Butter
100 g Zucker
6 Eier
150 g Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
Aprikosenmarmelade
200 g Zartbitterschokolade (für Glasur)
100 g Sahne
Zubereitung:
Schokolade schmelzen, mit Butter und Zucker verrühren. Eier trennen, Eigelb unterrühren.
Eiweiß steif schlagen, unterheben. Mehl + Backpulver zufügen.
Bei 180°C ca. 50 Min. backen.
Auskühlen, in der Mitte teilen. Mit Aprikosenmarmelade füllen.
Glasur: Schokolade + Sahne erhitzen, glattrühren, über die Torte gießen.
