Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte
Zutaten:
6 Eier
150 g Zucker
120 g Mehl
40 g Kakaopulver
1 TL Backpulver
1 Glas Sauerkirschen (ca. 350 g)
500 ml Schlagsahne
2 Päckchen Sahnesteif
3 EL Zucker
3 EL Kirschwasser
Schokoraspeln
Zubereitung:
Biskuit backen: Eier mit Zucker schaumig schlagen, Mehl, Kakao, Backpulver unterheben. Bei 180°C ca. 30 Min. backen, auskühlen lassen.
In 3 Böden schneiden.
Kirschen abtropfen, etwas Saft auffangen.
Sahne mit Zucker + Sahnesteif steif schlagen.
Boden tränken mit Kirschwasser + Kirschsaft, Kirschen + Sahne darauf verteilen.
Zweiter Boden, wieder Sahne + Kirschen.
Dritter Boden, mit Sahne bestreichen, rundherum einstreichen.
Mit Schokoraspeln und Kirschen dekorieren.
