Zutaten:
4 Eier
120 g Zucker
120 g Mehl
500 g Quark
400 ml Schlagsahne
2 Päckchen Gelatine
1 Dose Mandarinen (oder Pfirsiche)
Vanillezucker
Zubereitung:
Biskuit backen .Eier mit Zucker schaumig schlagen, Mehl, Backpulver unterheben. Bei 180°C Auskühlen, einmal durchschneiden.
Gelatine einweichen, auflösen. Quark mit Zucker + Vanillezucker verrühren.
Gelatine unterrühren, Sahne steif schlagen und unterheben.
Mandarinen abtropfen, unter die Creme heben.
Creme auf den unteren Boden, zweiten Boden auflegen.
Mit Puderzucker bestäuben.
