Zutaten (4 Portionen):
1 Blumenkohl
100 g Mehl
200 ml Pflanzenmilch
1 TL Paprikapulver
½ TL Knoblauchpulver
Salz, Pfeffer
150 ml scharfe BBQ- oder Hot-Sauce
Zubereitung:
Blumenkohlröschen in einer Mischung aus Mehl, Milch und Gewürzen wenden.
Auf Backblech verteilen, bei 220 °C 20 Minuten backen.
Herausnehmen, mit scharfer Sauce bestreichen und nochmals 10 Minuten backen.→ Perfekt als Fingerfood mit Selleriesticks & veganem Ranch-Dip.
