Zutaten:
1 Rolle Blätterteig (aus dem Kühlregal)
100 g gekochter Schinken
100 g geriebener Käse (z. B. Gouda oder Emmentaler)
1 TL Senf (optional)
1 Ei zum Bestreichen
Zubereitung:
Blätterteig ausrollen, mit Senf bestreichen.
Schinken und Käse darauf verteilen.
Aufrollen und in ca. 2 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden.
Mit verquirltem Ei bestreichen.
Bei 180 °C (Umluft) ca. 15–20 Min. goldbraun backen.
