Zutaten:
1 Rolle Blätterteig
200 g TK-Spinat (aufgetaut & gut ausgedrückt)
100 g Feta
1 Knoblauchzehe, fein gehackt
Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
1 Ei
Zubereitung:
Spinat mit zerbröseltem Feta und Knoblauch vermengen, würzen.
Blätterteig in Quadrate schneiden, Füllung in die Mitte geben.
Zu Dreiecken falten, Ränder andrücken.
Mit Ei bestreichen, 20 Min. bei 200 °C backen.
