Brokkoli-Quiche mit Feta

Zutaten (für 4 Personen):
1 Rolle Blätterteig oder Quicheteig
400 g Brokkoli
150 g Feta
3 Eier
200 ml Sahne oder Crème fraîche
1 Zwiebel
Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
Zubereitung:
Teig in eine Quiche-Form legen, Rand hochziehen.
Brokkoli in Röschen teilen, 3 Minuten blanchieren.
Zwiebel würfeln, in etwas Öl glasig dünsten.
Brokkoli, Zwiebel und zerbröckelten Feta auf dem Teig verteilen.
Eier mit Sahne verquirlen, würzen, darüber gießen.
Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 °C Umluft ca. 35 Minuten backen.
👉 Tipp: Schmeckt warm und kalt – ideal fürs Buffet oder Picknick.
