Brokkoli-Auflauf mit Nudeln und Schinken

Zutaten (für 4 Personen):
300 g Nudeln (z. B. Penne)
400 g Brokkoli
150 g Kochschinken in Würfeln
200 ml Milch
200 ml Sahne
2 Eier
100 g geriebener Emmentaler
Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
Zubereitung:
Nudeln in reichlich Salzwasser 2 Minuten kürzer als auf der Packung angegeben vorkochen.
Brokkoli in Röschen teilen, 3 Minuten in Salzwasser blanchieren.
Beides abgießen und in eine Auflaufform geben, mit Schinkenwürfeln mischen.
Milch, Sahne und Eier verquirlen, kräftig mit Salz, Pfeffer und Muskat würzen.
Über die Nudeln gießen, mit Käse bestreuen.
Bei 180 °C Umluft ca. 30 Minuten goldbraun überbacken.
👉 Tipp: Vegetarisch auch ohne Schinken sehr lecker – eventuell etwas Feta dazugeben.
