Zutaten (4 Portionen):
1 Blumenkohl
200 ml Sahne
150 ml Milch
2 EL Mehl
2 EL Butter
150 g geriebener Käse (z. B. Gouda)
Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
Zubereitung:
Blumenkohlröschen 5 Minuten in Salzwasser vorkochen.
Für die Soße: Butter schmelzen, Mehl einrühren, mit Milch und Sahne aufgießen.
Köcheln lassen, bis die Soße andickt, mit Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat würzen.
Blumenkohl in Auflaufform geben, Soße darübergießen, mit Käse bestreuen.
Bei 200 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 25 Minuten überbacken.
