Blumenkohl-Curry (indisch)

Blumenkohl-Curry

Zutaten (4 Portionen):

  • 1 Blumenkohl

  • 2 Zwiebeln

  • 2 Knoblauchzehen

  • 1 Stück Ingwer (2–3 cm)

  • 2 Tomaten

  • 200 ml Kokosmilch

  • 2 EL Currypulver oder Garam Masala

  • 1 TL Kurkuma

  • 1 TL Kreuzkümmel

  • ½ TL Chilipulver

  • 3 EL Öl

  • Salz, Pfeffer, frischer Koriander

Zubereitung:

  1. Blumenkohl in Röschen teilen, waschen.

  2. Zwiebeln, Knoblauch und Ingwer fein hacken und in Öl glasig dünsten.

  3. Tomaten würfeln, dazugeben und kurz anschwitzen.

  4. Gewürze untermischen und 1 Minute mitrösten.

  5. Blumenkohl dazugeben, kurz anbraten und mit Kokosmilch auffüllen.

  6. Ca. 15 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis der Blumenkohl weich ist.

  7. Mit Salz, Pfeffer abschmecken und mit frischem Koriander servieren.→ Schmeckt hervorragend mit Basmatireis oder Naan.
