Kürbis-Suppe mit gerösteten Kichererbsen

Zutaten (für 4 Portionen):
600 g Kürbis (Hokkaido oder Butternut)
1 Kartoffel
1 Zwiebel
1 EL Olivenöl
700 ml Gemüsebrühe
100 ml Sahne (oder vegane Alternative)
1 Dose Kichererbsen (240 g Abtropfgewicht)
1 TL Paprika edelsüß
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Kürbis, Kartoffel und Zwiebel würfeln, in Öl anschwitzen.
Mit Brühe aufgießen, 20 Min. kochen lassen. Pürieren, Sahne einrühren.
Kichererbsen mit Paprika, Salz und 1 TL Öl mischen, im Ofen 20 Min. bei 200 °C knusprig rösten.
Suppe in Schüsseln füllen, mit Kichererbsen toppen.
