Zutaten (2 Bleche):
1 Blumenkohl
2 Eier
100 g geriebener Käse (Mozzarella oder Gouda)
Salz, Oregano
Zubereitung:
Blumenkohl sehr fein raspeln (Mixer oder Reibe).
In der Mikrowelle 5 Minuten garen und abkühlen lassen.
Flüssigkeit gut ausdrücken.
Mit Eiern, Käse und Gewürzen vermengen.
Auf Backblech dünn ausstreichen, bei 200 °C 20 Minuten backen.
Nach Wunsch belegen (Tomatensoße, Gemüse, Käse) und nochmals 10 Minuten backen.
