400 g Joghurt
300 g Himbeeren
100 g Zucker
6 Blatt Gelatine
400 ml Sahne
Zubereitung:
Gelatine einweichen, auflösen.
Joghurt mit Zucker verrühren, Gelatine einrühren.
Sahne schlagen, unterheben.
Himbeeren vorsichtig unterheben.
Auf Biskuit streichen, kalt stellen.
