Kabeljaufilet mit Spinat & Ofensüßkartoffeln

Zutaten (2 Personen):
2 Kabeljaufilets (je ca. 160 g)
300 g frischer Spinat
2 Süßkartoffeln (ca. 400 g)
1 Knoblauchzehe
2 EL Olivenöl
Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat
Zubereitung:
Süßkartoffeln schälen, würfeln, mit 1 EL Öl, Salz und Pfeffer vermengen und bei 200 °C ca. 25–30 Min. im Ofen backen.
Spinat mit Knoblauch in etwas Öl kurz dünsten, mit Salz und Muskat würzen.
Kabeljaufilets salzen, pfeffern und in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl je Seite ca. 3–4 Min. braten.
Alles zusammen anrichten und mit etwas Zitronensaft beträufeln.
👉 Tipp: Kabeljau kann auch im Ofen gegart werden – dann wird er besonders saftig.
