Zutaten (ca. 40 Stück):
280 g Mehl
100 g gemahlene Mandeln
80 g Zucker
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
200 g kalte Butter
1 Prise Salz
Zum Wälzen: 50 g Puderzucker + 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
Zubereitung:
Mehl, Mandeln, Zucker, Vanillezucker und Salz mischen.
Kalte Butter in Stückchen dazugeben und rasch zu einem Teig verkneten.
Teig 1 Stunde kühl stellen.
Kleine Hörnchen formen und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen.
Bei 175 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 10–12 Minuten backen.
Noch warm vorsichtig in der Puderzucker-Vanille-Mischung wälzen.
👉 Tipp: In einer Blechdose aufbewahren – sie werden nach 2 Tagen perfekt mürbe!
