Knuspriger Tofu aus dem Ofen

Zutaten:

  • 300 g Tofu

  • 2 EL Speisestärke

  • 2 EL Sojasauce

  • 1 TL Sesamöl

  • 1 TL Paprikapulver

  • Öl zum Einpinseln

Zubereitung:

  1. Tofu pressen, in Würfel schneiden.

  2. Mit Sojasauce, Sesamöl und Paprika marinieren.

  3. Mit Stärke bestäuben und gut vermengen.

  4. Auf ein Backblech legen, mit Öl bepinseln.

  5. Bei 200 °C (Ober-/Unterhitze) 25 Minuten knusprig backen, zwischendurch wenden.→ Ideal als Snack oder für Bowls.
