Mirabellen-Kekse (ca. 30 Stück)

Zutaten:
200 g Butter (zimmerwarm)
100 g Zucker
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
1 Ei
300 g Mehl
1 TL Backpulver
1 Prise Salz
100 g gehackte Mandeln oder Haselnüsse (optional)
ca. 150 g Mirabellenmarmelade (oder frische Mirabellen, fein gewürfelt)
Zubereitung:
Butter, Zucker und Vanillezucker cremig rühren.
Ei unterrühren, dann Mehl, Backpulver und Salz hinzufügen und zu einem glatten Teig verkneten.
Teig zu kleinen Kugeln formen (etwa walnussgroß) und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech setzen.
Mit dem Finger oder einem Holzlöffelstiel eine kleine Mulde eindrücken.
In die Mulden je einen Klecks Mirabellenmarmelade geben (oder ein Stückchen frische Mirabelle).
Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze ca. 12–15 Minuten backen.
Abkühlen lassen – fertig sind herrlich fruchtige Kekse!
Tipp: Für eine edle Variante kannst du die Kekse nach dem Backen mit weißer Schokolade verzieren.
