Zutaten (Ø 24 cm):
200 g Butterkekse
100 g Butter
500 g Quark
200 g Frischkäse
150 g Zucker
3 Eier
10 Raffaellos (gehackt)
50 g Kokosraspeln
Zubereitung:
Kekse zerbröseln, mit Butter mischen, in Springform drücken.
Quark, Frischkäse, Zucker, Eier verrühren.
Gehackte Raffaellos und Kokosraspeln unterheben.
Creme auf den Boden geben.
Bei 170 °C ca. 50 Min. backen.
