Zutaten (6 Portionen):
250 g Mascarpone
200 g Schlagsahne
200 g Frischkäse
50 g Puderzucker
150 ml Kokoslikör oder Milch
200 g Löffelbiskuits
15 Raffaellos (zerdrückt)
50 g Kokosraspeln
Zubereitung:
Sahne steif schlagen. Mascarpone, Frischkäse und Puderzucker verrühren, Sahne unterheben.
Löffelbiskuits kurz in Milch oder Likör tauchen und in eine Auflaufform legen.
Mit der Hälfte der Creme bedecken, zerdrückte Raffaellos und Kokosraspeln darauf verteilen.
Zweite Schicht Löffelbiskuits, restliche Creme, Kokosraspeln.
Für mindestens 4 Stunden kaltstellen.
