Zutaten (Ø 26 cm):
200 g Butterkekse
100 g geschmolzene Butter
600 g Frischkäse
200 g Mascarpone
100 g Puderzucker
200 g Schlagsahne
10 Raffaellos
300 g frische Erdbeeren
Kokosraspeln zum Dekorieren
Zubereitung:
Kekse zerbröseln, mit Butter mischen, in Springform drücken, kaltstellen.
Frischkäse, Mascarpone, Zucker verrühren. Sahne steif schlagen und unterheben.
Gehackte Raffaellos dazugeben.
Creme auf den Boden geben, glattstreichen.
Mit Erdbeeren und Kokosraspeln verzieren. 3–4 Std. kaltstellen.
