4 Birnen
500 ml Rotwein
100 g Zucker
2 Zimtstangen, 3 Nelken
1 Vanilleschote
Zubereitung:
Wein mit Zucker und Gewürzen aufkochen.
Birnen schälen, im Sud ca. 20 Min. weich garen.
Herausnehmen, Sud einkochen lassen.
Birnen mit Sauce und Vanilleeis servieren.
