Schichtdessert im Glas: Apfelkompott & Raffaello-Creme

Zutaten (für 4 Gläser):
3 Äpfel
2 EL Zucker
1 TL Zimt
200 ml Apfelsaft
200 g Joghurt (griechisch)
100 g Mascarpone
100 ml Sahne
6 Raffaello
4 EL Granola oder zerstoßene Butterkekse
Zubereitung:
Äpfel schälen, würfeln, mit Zucker, Zimt und Apfelsaft weich dünsten. Abkühlen lassen.
Joghurt, Mascarpone und zerdrückte Raffaello verrühren. Sahne steif schlagen und unterheben.
In Gläsern schichten: Kekse/Granola → Apfelkompott → Creme. Wiederholen.
Mit Apfelstückchen und Kokosflocken garnieren.
