Zutaten:
300 g Tofu
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehen
1 Paprika
1 Dose Kidneybohnen
1 Dose Mais
1 Dose stückige Tomaten
1 TL Kreuzkümmel
1 TL Chili-Pulver
1 TL Paprikapulver
Salz, Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Tofu zerkrümeln und in etwas Öl anbraten.
Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Paprika klein schneiden, hinzufügen.
Gewürze einrühren, dann Tomaten, Bohnen und Mais dazugeben.
20 Minuten köcheln lassen, abschmecken.
Mit Reis oder Brot servieren.
