Zutaten:
300 g Tofu
2 EL Sojasauce
1 EL Sesamöl
1 TL Ahornsirup
1 Knoblauchzehe
Holzspieße
Erdnusssauce:
2 EL Erdnussbutter
1 EL Sojasauce
½ TL Chili
100 ml Kokosmilch
Zubereitung:
Tofu würfeln und in Sojasauce, Sesamöl, Ahornsirup und Knoblauch marinieren (mind. 30 Min.).
Auf Spieße stecken, auf dem Grill oder in der Pfanne goldbraun braten.
Sauce: Erdnussbutter mit Kokosmilch, Sojasauce und Chili verrühren.
Spieße mit Sauce servieren.
