Zutaten (2 Portionen):
250 g fester Tofu
1 kleine Zwiebel
1 Knoblauchzehe
1 TL Kurkuma
½ TL Paprikapulver
2 EL Sojamilch
1 EL Hefeflocken
Salz, Pfeffer
Frühlingszwiebeln zum Garnieren
Zubereitung:
Tofu mit den Händen zerkrümeln.
Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein hacken, in etwas Öl glasig braten.
Tofu hinzugeben und unter Rühren anbraten.
Mit Kurkuma, Paprika, Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Mit Sojamilch und Hefeflocken cremig rühren.
Mit Frühlingszwiebeln servieren, z. B. auf Toast oder mit Avocado.
